Even experienced players often spend about 90% of the time refining their strokes, and only 10% on improving their movement, balance and strength. TennFit has been designed specifically for tennis players. Industry leading Cliff Drysdale Tennis professionals teamed with fitness experts to create TennFit, a course tailored to improve specific movements and muscles in the body.
