Chocolate Goodness Smoothie
The body often has trouble digesting when it is fatigued. Digestion requires energy, which the body may not have much of after a hard workout.  

If workout was particularly hard, and are feeling drained, a liquid meal is the best option. This whole food smoothie is easier and quicker to prepare than most other complete meals, in itself desirable after an exhausting workout.  

This smoothie is a full-flavor, nutrient-dense, chlorophyll-rich super smoothie that’s filling enough to take the place of a meal. 

Ingredients: 
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries 
  • 1 cup unsweetened hemp milk 
  • 1 scoop chocolate vega one 
  • 1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder 
  • 2 teaspoons raw cacao powder 
  • 1 teaspoon mesquite powder 
  • ½ tablespoon sweetener of choice (optional) 
  • 2-3 cups of water 
  • Handful of ice 

​Combine all ingredients into a blender, including ice, and blend until smooth. ​
