Daily Workout- April 14

Today's daily workout is a full body workout. If you go through the exercises one time, it will be a 10 minute workout, but you have the option to do the main set multiple rounds. No weights are required.
Warm Up:
You have 3 exercises that you will do one minute each.
  • Jumping jacks- Go as quickly as you can to get the heart rate up.
  • Jump squats- You can do a regular squat if your body does not allow the jump today. Be sure to stay balanced, keeping your knees behind your toes as you squat. 
  • Plank to down dog, touch toes, and back to plank- Alternate which hand is touching your toes (Right hand to left foot) as a way to warm up your core diagonally. 
Main Workout:
Complete each exercise for 1 minute, repeat up to four rounds
 
  • Reverse lunge to knee drive, alternating legs each round. All right leg round 1, all left leg round 2 
  • Glute bridge pulse 
  • Speed skaters 
  • Plank 
  • High knees 
  • Cherry Pickers 
Finisher: 
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, repeat 2 rounds 
  • Single leg dead lift hinge right leg 
  • Wall Sit 
  • Single leg dead lift hinge left leg ​
