Looking for an intense interval circuit that will get your heart rate up and build some strength at the same time? This workout is perfect for you! Join Paige as she takes you through a "mixed bag" routine that will target a variety of muscles to work the entire body in one session.

Workout - Set your timer to 2 minutes and 20 seconds. This is the amount of time you have to complete all of the following movements back-to-back. Once you're finished, the time remaining is your rest time before you dive back in for the next round. Complete 20 rounds total!
  • 10 Grapevines
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Dumbbell Overhead Situps
  • 10 Single Snatches (If you have a lighter weight, complete 10 snatches per side. If your weight is heavier, complete 5 snatches per side.)
  • 10 Step-Ups w/ Knee (If your elevated surface is low to the ground, complete 10 step-ups per leg. If you are using a higher surface, complete 5 step-ups each side.)
