Happy Friday! Today's Experience workout is structured as an every-minute-on-the-minute workout, or an EMOM, which fuses strength training and cardio for a full body burn. This workout can be done with or without weights!
An EMOM gives you one minute to complete each exercise. For example, in minute #1, you will complete 15 jumping jacks. The seconds remaining after your 15 reps is your rest time. Once that full minute is up, you'll jump straight into squats. Complete the full sequence for 5 rounds for a 25-minute workout in total!
