Today's Experience daily workout is focusing on cardio and is preformed as an AMRAP.
An AMRAP is an acronym for As Many Reps/Rounds As Possible. You will preform a certain number of reps for each exercise and continue until the time is over. You are able to take a rest when needed, but we advise you to take as little breaks as possible as it is meant to be an intense workout for a shorter length of time.
This is a great workout as it applies to any fitness level, can be done at home without any equipment, and is fat-burning.
Do as many rounds as you can within 20 minutes.
