Creamy Pepper Soup 
This soup is a  refreshing, nutrient-packed soup, and this one is best served cold on a warm day.  It makes 2 servings, so double or triple the recipe if needed. 
​

Ingredients: 
  • 1 avocado with pit and skin removed 
  • 1 red or yellow bell pepper 
  • 2 cups water or hemp milk 
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro 
  • ½ teaspoon dulse flakes 
  • Pinch of oregano 
  • Mix all ingredients together in a food processor and enjoy!  ​
