The Daily Workout: April 15

Follow along with JNCC Fitness Director Paige as she walks you through a full body workout that is equal parts strength and cardio! Each series is structured as an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible), followed by a core finisher to wrap up the workout. Try it out and let us know what you think!

AMRAP #1 (10 minutes)
  • 5 Burpees
  • 5 Pushups
  • 10 Weighted Walking Lunges
  • 10 Bicep Curls

AMRAP #2 (10 minutes)
  • 5 Squat Side Crunch (per side)
  • 5 Handstand Kick Ups
  • 10 Squat Cross Jacks
  • 10 Stiff Leg Deadlifts

AMRAP #3 (10 minutes)
  • 5 Plank Jacks
  • 5 Vertical Jumps
  • 10 Tricep Dips
  • 10 Lap Side Shuffle

Core Finisher (2 rounds)
  • Situps x 20
  • Side Plank Pulse Right x 20
  • Side Plank Pulse Left x 20
  • Spider Plank Hold x 20 seconds
