The Daily Workout: April 17

Kick off your weekend with a quick, HIIT-style core workout from Paige! This workout can be a standalone or sweaty finisher to a jog, walk or bike ride!

Workout - This workout is broken into four segments of two moves each. For each segment, you'll work for 20 seconds and rest for 10, toggling between the two moves for eight rounds total. Once the eight rounds are up, rest for 30 seconds then jump into the next pair!
  1. Situps + hip lifts
  2. Side plank pulse right + left
  3. Glute bridge + fishtails
  4. Plank cross knees + standing kickbox twists
