Happy Tuesday, Experience family! Today we're bringing you an upper body and core strength workout that just requires a mat and a set of weights. This workout is structured as a pyramid, meaning the reps will start high, gradually decrease, then increase back up to finish it out. Treat this as a normal circuit, completing one move right after the other until the full sequence is exhausted.
