The Daily Workout: April 29

Get ready to fire up the lower body with this strength-focused workout from Paige! This series supersets a strength move with 20 seconds of cardio work to keep your heart rate up and lower body engaged throughout the whole workout. All you'll need is a pair of weights and a mat or towel.

Workout - 45 seconds of strength work, 20 seconds of active rest. Complete 6 rounds of each pair and rest for 2 minutes before moving on to the next!
  1. Stiff Leg Deadlift + Side Shuffles
  2. Narrow Squat Front Kick + Calf Raises
  3. Weighted Curtsies + Little Knees
  4. Weighted Squats + Side Steps
  5. Weighted Sumo Squats + Toe Taps
  6. All 4's Kickbacks + Fire Hydrants
