Today we're bringing you another equipment-free outdoor workout from the John Newcombe Country Club! This AMRAP-style workout combines strength and cardio moves for a full-body burn in under 30 minutes.
Workout - This workout is divided into two 16-minute AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible for time). Start with a 5-minute walk/jog warmup to get your muscles loose then dive in!
AMRAP #1 (16 minutes) - Complete each of the following movements for 40-meter stretches
AMRAP #2 (16 minutes) - Complete 20 reps total of each of the following moves
