Get your week started on the right foot with an upper body strength + cardio burner from Paige! Paige strategically pairs a strength-focused upper body series with 20 second cardio bursts to ignite fat loss and build well-rounded upper body strength. Take a look at the format below, or follow along with Paige for real-time guidance as she takes you through the entire workout!

Workout - This routine follows a 50/20/20 pattern. Complete each strength move below for 50 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of burpees. Them, rest for 20 seconds. Complete this pattern for 4 rounds with the same movement, then progress to the next. 
  1. Push Press
  2. Floor Press
  3. Front to lateral raise
  4. Tricep kickback
  5. Situps
  6. Bicep Curls
  7. X Plank to Swimmers
