At the John Newcombe Country Club in New Braunfels, Texas, we have begun rolling out social distancing-friendly workout programs to help our members stay safe and active! JNCC Fitness Director Paige led a few of our members through this workout yesterday morning and it is the perfect routine to do when you want a quick, high-intensity burn or if you're looking to meet up with a friend for a quick workout that accommodates a safe social distance.
All you'll need is water, a mat or towel, and some space to run for this equipment-free 30-minute workout! Check out the video below if you need demonstrations of any movements.
Workout - This workout is divided into 3, 10-minute AMRAPS (as many rounds through as possible for time). Warm up with 5 minutes of walking/jogging and some range of motion exercises, then dive in!
